management and review expertise for large IT programmes, change programmes, and outsourcing deals and contracts.
** Recently completed a significant assignment supporting a new Government NDPB (created from three previous
bodies) within the Defra family, by leading its negotiations to merge its disparate sourcing of IS/IT services under one contract.
Prepared a full supporting business case for board approval, reflecting the negotiated 10% saving in annual operating costs
after taking full account of the rationalisation costs.

for application maintenance outsourcing and service management working for clients such as the Co-Op and Deutsche Bank.

in Paris and Prague) involving about 240 staff (50:50 DHL/Accenture) and initial budget of $80 M.

Successfully sold the Acuera business to PwC to become part of their Outsourcing Advisory practice.
