** Recently completed a significant assignment supporting a new Government NDPB (created from three previous
bodies) within the Defra family, by leading its negotiations to merge its disparate sourcing of IS/IT services under one contract.
Prepared a full supporting business case for board approval, reflecting the negotiated 10% saving in annual operating costs
after taking full account of the rationalisation costs.

Successfully sold the Acuera business to PwC to become part of their Outsourcing Advisory practice.
